Message: My boyfriend and I are new to the area and tried 2Tech out for various car problems. Although they were not able to fix my problem (as it is only repairable in an auto body shop) they did a thorough look through to make sure there were no other problems and no damages. I was shocked when I went to pick up the car and they told me I didn't have to pay anything, because they couldn't fix anything. The dealership had priced me at $126 just to look at it! They were super nice and professional, explaining their process and what they saw/thought the problem was. And didn't even charge me. Amazing customer service. My boyfriend has had similar experiences every-time he went. They only charge when necessary and are there to help you out. Seriously, couldn't recommend this place enough.
