Message: The staff are an awesome team! Lisa calls with updates, the owner and staff handle everything (including getting my insurance information from my email for me! ). Very accommodating. Just leave your car in their hands and they'll give you updates, inform you of additional adjustments to the insurance estimate and handle that directly. Thorough, and open to additional tweaks on request. Hoping there's no "next time", but if needed, the tow truck delivery takes my auto to John's!
