Message: My car broke down in Cape Cod Mall with an engine coolant overheating warning on a Saturday night (turned out to be a fuse problem, but that was later! ) and I had to be towed back to Chatham for service. Definitely dismayed and frustrated, Mark from Ziggy’s expertly attached the tow, and later carefully parked the car in Chatham for service all the while maintaining a truly cheerful and upbeat demeanor for me because none of these events were in my plan! He gave me a fair rate and helped me to keep everything afloat that evening. Now on Monday, I’m driving happily along! We talked sports too! Highly recommended!

Message: Owner was amazingly friendly and they checked my car quickly when I brought it in. Told him I had one more quote to get and he was very understanding, more concerned that I get the issue fixed soon, no matter where. Did end up elsewhere, but only because I received a "friend of a friend" discount, otherwise Ziggy's pricing was fairly decent and less than I expected (although more than I had). I would consider them for future business, though.
